Getting started is simple. You will have a dedicated account manager who will guide you through the process.

1. TELL US ABOUT YOUR MARKETPLACE

We will take this information and run some analysis of the size of the addressable market and produce some data for you to review. We’re looking to establish a high percentage of records that you consider to be viable leads for your business.

This will form the backbone of the new leads you’ll see in The Collate System on a daily basis.

2. CREATING YOUR SALES CADENCES

With your account manager, we will provide recommendations about best practices for creating a winning sales process.

It will probably include emails, letters, text messages, direct messages and personalised sales materials. These need to be written. Once this is done, the service can get going.

3. LOGIN AND ENGAGE WITH YOUR LEADS

The sales process will largely be delivered by Collate. The areas that require your specialism are adding comments to buyers posts and making outbound phone calls. Your dashboard will highlight exactly what you need to do and when.

The first buyers ready for a call from you will appear when they’ve gone through the engagement process. For example, if your sales process is set to last 4 weeks prior to a phone call being made, the first list of buyers ready for calls will appear 4 weeks after the system goes live. From then, you’ll typically see new buyers on a daily basis.
